Seminars

Since we opened our doors in 2021, we have been fortunate enough to have some outstanding practitioners come to share some of their knowledge on our mats. We plan to continue to regularly have seminars, some being free to members as it has been in the past, to ensure everyone (including our coaches) is constantly learning fresh new technique from experienced instructors and high-level competitors!
